On December 9, 2025, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Sirojiddin Muhriddin, received the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Vahid Jalalzadeh.

The meeting focused on reviewing the current situation and future prospects of bilateral and multilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Iran in the economic, cultural, and consular fields.
